CORNERMATE PUNCH

The Cornermate® Series is the new standard for cutting corners, holes and slots in plaques, badges, signs, and other items. There are nine distinct styles with over thirty interchangeable cutting units from 1/8” to 1”. All units are precision engineered and manufactured from the finest materials and will produce flat, crisp shapes in photographic paper, laminations, magnetics, flexible plastic, aluminum, brass, and many other materials. Each cutting unit has the material guides machined into the body of the unit so the location of the cut is always the same.

SAWS

VA10: The Varga Model VA-10 is our most popular model, offering a cutting width of 24.5" (620 mm), a maximum cutting thickness of .250" (6.3 mm) and a table width and measuring scale of 13 1/2". It's built in repeat cut stop guide extends to a full 8". The VA-10 was designed from the ground up with the demanding standards of the market in mind, and comes standard with a robust 350 Watt, 15,000 RPM motor.

Strip Heater

This heavy duty stripheater is designed to place a narrow strip of heat on an acrylic plastic sheet until it is soft and pliable enough to bend to the desired form. It is capable of heating sheets up to 1/2” thick. The EMX-1 has a 34" working area and is 7" in total width. The unit is 13 lbs. 80-4816-00 48"

MultiMat

MultiMat is a specially formulated holding mat to secure your engraving materials while engraving. Perfect for thin films, plastic, metal and paper. Suitable for use with rotary and laser engravers.   This clamp is designed to secure engraving materials from the top surface and avoids bowing in most applications. This clamp will hold material thicknesses of .020", .032", .062", and .125" by rotating the clamp and tightening a thumbscrew. Fits all Vision T-slot tables.

  This clamp is designed to hold down square or rectangular plates. By lining up the “V” cut-out of the clamp with the corner of the plate, the engraver is allowed maximum engraving space. It will accommodate material as thin as 1/32”. Fits all Vision T-slot tables.

• UNIVERSAL CLAMPING BARS with MEDALLION HOLDER
  These clamping bars hold small flat items, including name badges with pin backs, securely. By rotating the clamping bars they will hold 1 to 3 round objects at a time. This allows you to engrave multiple notary seals, coasters, paperweights, and a variety of other circular items. With a place for the “eye” of medallions, this clamp adapts to any vise or table that has a T-slot system.
